  You might try Starlight Clinic. They're low cost and give rescue discounts - $30 to $35 for s/n. They're in Norco in Riverside county. The only draw back is that they're only open on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Also hard to get in touch with by phone. Linda, who runs the place, is more reachable via email or text.
