After doing a favour for the boss of AAA The Gold Standard (I pointed out an error in the phone number on his leaflet), he promised me a free clean. Rather than a free clean, they just missed me out on their last round (!) and I just got a bill through my door 4 months after my last clean for the job that they have apparently done today - which involves my rear windows not actually being clean. When I called to let them know, rather than an apology, I got "You know what love, get someone else to do them." So, please only recommend someone if they don't act fraudulently and try to get you to pay for a service that they haven't completed.
