  During Hurricane Sandy, a very large tree limb fell from a tree in the conservation land next to my house. The broken end of the tree limb is now resting against the tree trunk while the other 18+ feet of it is draped over my fence and then resting at a 45 degree angle in my yard. I called the Highway Dept. on Monday and left a message but never received a call back. I have tried to remove it myself but it is far too heavy, big, and dangerous. Any suggestions about who to call? In August, the same thing happened with another tree that belonged to my property. I had to pay to have that limb removed. I cannot pay again, especially when the tree does not belong to me.....HELP!!!
