We'd really like to stay in the Wheat Ridge--we currently rent on Lamar St and we used to own a house on Vance St. -Prefer to stay west of Federal, east of Wadsworth, north of 20th, south of 1-70. -Must have a garage or workshop (or space to build one), good sized (preferably) fenced yard, 2/2 or 3/1 is fine. -Willing to put in some sweat equity for a good house in a good location!
