  We're having some issues with water leaking in adjacent to a walk out basement door. We've had a few waterproofing companies out who basically turn us away because the job is too "small." That said, it's not quite a simple fix as we've tried to DIY fix several times, the source of the water leaking in is a bit of a mystery (we've sealed both sides of concrete, repaired siding, fixed drainage outside..nada) so need someone with the experience to help us out. Anyone work with a GC or another service for something similar? Looking for recommendations, thanks!
