  I do termite work, however cheapest may not be the best option, I do liquid treatments only, bait stations are not recommended, but I'm very competitive in prices for a full, comprehensive post construction termite treatment.. Average cost is between $800-$1200 and annual renual to keep it under a warranty is only $150-$195/yr.. You need to look up the upfront costs and then check also to see what the annual renual costs are as well to see which will be the better value in years to come as well. You can call the office and set up an appointment if you'd like I'll pm you a price and if your interested give us a call.. Yellow jackets are very aggressive and where bees have a barbed stinger, yellow jackets have a smooth stinger and can sting multiple times. Just be careful and make sure whoever does it gives you a guarantee weather it be 30, 45, 60 days
