It's done this once before, but started working on it's own again. You can hear motors going and everything... just no water.   I might recommend Apache Appliance Repair — (928) 771-9211 in Prescott. They specialize in washers and driers but might be improvisational skilled enough (so to speak) as to solve your issue. Or not, but it’s worth a shot and they did me a huge solid years ago when my washer suffered a major motor-related failure.
