  Hey all, Just had some tenants leave a unit super extra gross. Anyone have any recommendations for locally based cleaning services and carpet cleaning? May need floor screening/buffing as well as carpet replacement if they don't come clean.   North Center Rug Cleaners has been my rug cleaner for years, and they were one of the few businesses to come into Garfield Park to help me when I first moved in. They are on time, their shop is still in the city, and the work is impeccably done. They have discounts about twice a year, so ask them if they have one now: http://www.northcenterrug.com/

  I've been using Northcenter Rug for years. They're across from Trader Joe's on Lincoln Ave. I've never had them come in to clean carpet (they do that), mainly they pick up, clean, and deliver my large area rugs. Great work and quality company. http://www.northcenterrug.com/
