  Stacey M. wrote: Frank took our money and never returned to finish the job. He has no integrity. Frank makes up excuses as to why he can't finish the job even though he was paid $6,000 and only cut down 6 trees of the 25 that need to be removed. BUYER BEWARE. This guy is a con.
