  Ok found my electrician yesterday, now I need either a plumber or a general contractor that can do the following for me ASAP. Tip straps installed on water heater Pressure release valve installed on water heater Cold water inlet has "corrosion" and needs to be looked at/replaced. We are selling our house and these are repairs being asked by the buyer so I need a "professional" to do them, normally we would just do it ourselves.

We have a rather large deck repair project we need bids on...and I'm open to even someone new who has work to show, who is eager to get the job done. Do you have pictures of projects they have done to show? I really want awesome work. Please contact me via email so we can schedule a meeting...post some pictures for me of your favorite contractor...or heck...if you want to post your own work that's ok. I will check that you are licensed and insured and it will be a job we want done within an amount of time you somewhat promise ans we want to get it done and done. Anyone interested? I've got the names and numbers of about three local contractors that I will be looking in to from a friend, but maybe there is someone out there that really needs and wants the work and will give us a competitive bid.
