  Oxfam has an excellent reputation and their admin cut (10%) is as low as *major* charities usually go. However, Greater Good currently claims 0% for admin costs -- Greater Good says "every cent of your donation goes to charity" in Nepal. https://www.greatergood.org/support-nepal-earthquake-victims/
