Hello, PLEASE help me. How do you safely disconnect a back boiler? I have a Squirrell MORSO connected to a Webasto that is just being a nightmare (or a WEBASTARD as we like to call it). When the fire is on, It will automatically switch on and then get all pumpy and growly for hours until the batteries wear out, so it obviously is not working anymore (Have heard this Squirrell/Webasto duo is a match made in hell).
Can't seem to trace anyone to fix it. You can't turn off a webasto so I will have to disconnect it but am worried that water sitting in the back boiler (which then won't be pumped around) will then just super heat and explode. Is there a way to drain it? If it is then empty will it burn out and explode? I have a fear of the fire exploding as you can see. I am freezing. so 1) anyone have a temporary quick fix to this so i can put on the fire until webasto fixed or replaced? 2) anyone know a webasto engineer? Thanks in advance for your collective wisdom...
