  I've used PhilaPets. Not the cheapest service in the world, but very good. http://www.philapets.com Radbill Animal Hospital (215-732-7321) at 20 th below Pine has the names of a few. I know of two freelancers who walk dogs in our neighborhood, both of whom are supposed to be very good as well, but alas I don't have their contact info. One is named Josephine, and I know Radbill has her number.
