  wrote: I hired The Power Wash Guy based on this article and couldn't have been more disappointed! He was entirely incompetent. The worst communication, customer service and workmanship I've ever experienced. What was promised to be done in 2 days was "completed" in about a month. As a bonus, he stained the back of our house and the hinges and hardware on the deck! There were plenty of missed spots and drip spots. What's worse is that everything started peeling a few months later. When I tried to contact Mitch Verbic via phone, email and certified letter I got no response. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they couldn't get anywhere either. Next, I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office but they haven't been able to track him down either. Please beware of this company! You're in for plenty of frustration if you deal with this incompetent outfit!
