I called Billy (recommended on FMC somewhere) and he told me to unplug the fridge, wait a minute or so, and plug back in. Did that and an hour later it started working again! No need for him to come out and haven't had an issue since. He said unplugging does a hard reset of the control board. His number if you need to call is 972-849-8116.
