  Erica R. Gantt if your son is a military dependent you might ask for assistance with the Air Force Aid Society (if AF or your branch of service aid society). For Air Force Aid Society the military member can submit an application on www.afas.org and then call the local A&FRC on Eielson to talk about coming in with the appropriate docs that are needed.
