The tenant is getting condensation and surface mold on the boarded up 'interior' part, but I think it needs to be better insulated from the outside and vapour barriered and closed properly from outside to stop the moisture from accumulating. It's fairly accessible from outside, but you'd need a ladder (it's on an upper floor). I have plastic and insulation if that helps. Location is in downtown Simcoe.
