  ISO: Install hardwood and tile labor price - I am getting ready to build a new home, and they seem to be charging a really high price for hardwood and tile. Maybe not, just wanted to get a ball park price on how much it would cost for labor. If it ends up being more reasonable to do on my own, I will be looking for someone to install both. I will supply both the tile and hardwood. Kitchen 14 ft w x 20 inch high backsplash area tile in kitchen, with accent piece. Kitchen 16 x 13, Dinette 15 x 10, and 2 hallways 20 x 3. I am not looking for exact price in labor, just a ballpark.
