  Please call Bob at Three Phase Mechanical 480 671-0833. even if only for an alternate bid. Also, you really need somebody to do an accurate assessment of your home for a new unit. Just because it had one size when you got it, doesnt mean it was right. He did ours and we found it was undersized and it was causing our bills to be unreal. The bigger more efficient unit was actually cheaper and our bills dropped a lot. Extremely honest guy.
