  Has anyone tried CSL Pellet Stove Cleaner yet? It is a small box of pellets you are supposed to mix in with the normal pellets to keep your stove clean. I want to try it but it is almost $20.00 a box at Hardesters and I would like to know it actually works before buying it. I know they have had the Chimney Sweeping Logs out for a while now but I haven't really heard much about those either.

  The chimney sweeping logs are good once your chimney is cleaned. It helps to maintain it. But if you are using it to clean your dirty chimney, it just coats the creosote. We clean and inspect gas and wood fireplaces, inserts and free standing stoves. Cliff started his business in 2004 in Santa Rosa and we moved up to HVL two years ago. Cliff is a licensed chimney contractor too, #995137. Sorry Aram, we have decided to no longer service pellet stoves.
