Competition Style BBQ refers to the methods used to prepare our foods. Many years ago we got involved in competition BBQ and have come to know that food prepared for a contest is generally much better than most BBQ joints. Great care is spent just tenderizing, seasoning, injecting and preparing the meat before it ever gets to the smoker. We then slow smoke our meats for 12-16 hours at low temps using the best hardwoods and fruit woods for that mouth watering BBQ flavor.
You won’t see any fancy fixtures, flashing lights or gimmicks that add to the price of our food. Just a good, clean truck serving up some of KC’s finest slow smoked BBQ!
