Any recommendations for prescription cycling glasses? Hi guys,
Looking to buy a pair of prescription cycling glasses - any recommendations for a good optician in London to use that won't cost me the earth?
The usual budget options (Specsavers etc) don't seem to carry anything suitable.
I know a lot of people use contacts - I never have and the idea of putting something in my eye grosses me out.
Thanks!
Mark

Your first point of call should be [Optilabs](https://www.optilabs.com). Know plenty of people that have used them, had no issues. They are based in Croydon but you can order upto 3 frames to try on before you buy. Your other options are optical inserts, a small set of glasses that attach inside another frame. Adidas Evil Eye Pro for example. Or for a normal set of glasses with a slight curve to keep the wind out. You want to make sure they have plastic lenses and non-metal frames so that if you crash it doesn't risk injury to your eyes if it breaks.

There's a place in Croydon called optilabs, they do prescription sunglasses but they are in an odd style, look them up they're quite good
