  Anyone out there do remodels? I want a bathroom done. Casey can do it, but he is so burnt out from so many irons in the fire, and we've had a rental sitting empty for almost two years now because of things that need to be done, and we have limited time to do them. The unit needs new windows and a bathroom remodel. Even if there's just someone who can do the bathroom? It will need new drywall, and we will probably just buy a new shower/tub at Menard's. The old tub will need to be taken out and disposed of. Not sure if we'll get a new sink and toilet--the current ones are actually in decent shape. We already have a piece of flooring to put in there. We will also purchase a medicine cabinet/mirror to go over the sink.
