  Thank you everyone for your recommendations for our trip up to Scotland at Easter. We are now looking to travel up to the Cairngorms National Park area and are looking for pet friendly spots with lodge accommodation? This time we will be up for 4 nights. Recommendations if anyone has any spots they can recommend for gentle walks for me and hubby and our dog.. And some pubs where we can enjoy a few card games :-) x thanks x x

  Hi, we have stayed here a couple of times. Lovely lodges, great setting with lots of walks and dog friendly - the owners have a pack of springers. Quite a drive from aviemore but doable as a day trip. Highly recommend. http://www.wildsidelodges.com
