  Can anyone recommend a really good local wheel builder to replace a broken spoke and do a proper re-tension. I have some Hed jets with a low spoke count and it's the second time a front spoke has gone. last rebuild didn't make it past half an hour in a race before the spoke went. The spokes are good quality sapim x-ray and each time they have snapped in the middle, which suggests a bad build.
