  Als plaice and tramstop (mon only) fish and chip shops in coleford that do gf. Bluebell restaurant in coleford has a lovely gf menu. Dog and muffler in joyford are really good, their curries are lovely. Beefeater in Ross have gf. Whitemead (holiday park) do gf sandwiches. Pocket bakery in Monmouth specialise in gf food; cakes, bread, quiches etc http://thepocketbakery.co.uk
