Texted with a response, "it will happen, trust me"; 5 hrs later, no show. Day 3 & third strike: appointment set for 10am, NO CALL, NO SHOW. Shameful; I thought with a name like "armed forces" they would carry the integrity, responsibility & fortitude of our service men. I was wrong; they do not carry any. Didn't receive confirmation appointment call from Armed Forces, but since this was through Amazon felt it would be reliable could not have been more wrong. Impossible to get a live person, endless recording loop. I would give negative stars if at all possible. Called Amazon directly to lodge complaint and recommend they drop this plumber from their recommended trades list. Gives Amazon a bad name.Was this review helpful to you?
