  Tamara C. wrote: We went to Chelsea for our daughter’s 6 months. She seems to be nice. We got the pictures even before the time that we were told. We reached back to her for our daughter’s second birthday, the day on the appointment she texted me and told me that we would have to reschedule because she was feeling sick. Since then I have never heard back from her, she will not replied to any of my message neither return the money.
