  Normally when I go up I stay at the Travelers A Hostel. They are centrally located near the Chungaechon, Topgol Park and Dongdaemun. Prices are cheap and the place is pretty clean. Nothing fancy but for 40,000 a night it is a great deal. http://www.travelersa.com/
