  Yep, and frozen fruit, cocoa powder, and other good things as well. Pretty sure they have some gloves and other things that may come in useful. Speaking of which, Russell Food Equipment Ltd. and Dunlevy Food Equipment Ltd. are 2 wholesale companies in Vancouver that have a great variety of commercial/industrial food equipment ranging from pots, burners, gloves, and a ton of other things, for reasonable prices. I got my new 32 qt stainless steel brew kettle for about $110. Both have retail outlets open to the public, and I think Russell offers a 10% discount if you pay in cash.
