Customer Service is non existent After letting my Mother down with no notice, because he had a more lucrative job available, Jamie then proceeded to (1) drop her a sketchy note saying he would contact her later in the day (which he didn’t) (2) upset my Mother on the phone calling her aggressive (which she in no way is (3) told her he wasn’t interested in the reason she wanted, and booked him for a particular day (4) made no effort to apologise when I called him Don’t be fooled by the lovely reviews on his website or page, he’s interested in one thing only......himself.
