  Can anyone advise on how best to deal with a hive of bees that appear to be living inside our garden steps, which they are accessing via a vent at the side near our basement sash window. My builders thought they were wasps at first and my hubby called out pest control. However, I realised when I looked that they were in fact bees, so cancelled the extermination. Have now tried twice to contact Bromley Beekeeper's Association having been advised to send images of the bees to help identify them to decide a course of action. But no one's getting back to me and we need to deal with it asap because there are lots of them flying around our steps which we use all the time and coming in through the window. Anyone got any suggestions for me, please?
