  My favorite is Meghan Leach at Vital Mind & Body in Del Ray. Website appears to be down at the moment, but you can reach her at 703/307-1886. If you think it's spinal, I recommend Dr. Andrino at Chiropractic Associates in Old Town as the best chiro I've ever visited.
