  Can anyone recommend someone good, and not prohibitively expensive, to give a kitchen a facelift. The owner does not want to put in a new kitchen, but wants to rather resurface the existing cupboards with a laminate, and put in new counters etc. No chancers please, as I will need to inspect some previous work to verify quality workmanship.
