  Does anyone use a custom made (by a dentist) night guard for bruxism (teeth clenching and grinding) and have anything positive or negative to share? I've used OTC night guards that you mold with hot water but seem to get no relief from using them. I don't have dental insurance so getting the one my dentist is recommending won't be cheap.
