  Requesting Community Support: We have a 6 - 8 week old kitten that needs a forever home. We just had her spayed, and the person taking her did not show up to get her. As many know we have a local feral cat issue. It has become imperative that we find homes for these kitties. There used to be in excess of 26, there are approximately 12 left, most are very young. These cats are reported to being poisoned. One was spotted recently with half its head missing from gunshot. Local good samaritians have made homes for them, have dishes to feed them, and all have been destroyed constantly, with what appears to be bats or sledge hammers. We need donations to get these cats fixed, $25 x12, but any amount will be appreciated and put to good use. You can write a check donation to SNAP, but please send it to us directly so it goes to these kitties. We also need foster homes for after we trap them and/or families willing to give these innocent kitties a fair chance at life. All local cat rescues and people that have stated they will help, have dropped the ball and we need your help. Please PM me if you can donate, foster, adopt, help with the trapping and transport. But we can get them trapped and transported, it's afterwards and the costs that have drained us. Any negative or derogatory comments will be deleted.

  Kelly, I'll take that kitten. Safe Ride Sue 810-734-2593 :-) I have trapped and fixed several feral cats (SNAP free & roaming). All but two have run away or prefer to live outside. I have a kitty door under my back steps so they are free to come and go as they please. I always have a bowl of food out for them. I would like that kitten as the other two, that stay in the house, I got as kittens.
