  we got ours fixed a few months ago. family owned company. great guys. FJF door company. (888) 977-9545 be aware tho, if you have them come out, and you don't want them to fix it, they do charge to look at it. They were a good price so we just had them fix it, but if I said no thank you, id still got a bill.
