  Any recommendations for roofers in the Colwyn Bay Area, and names of who to avoid please. After the bad weather last weekend one of the flats in the building I run has a minor leak. I need three formal quotes before we commission the work (I don't think it is severe enough to warrant an insurance claim). It is a three story property with a slate roof.
