  Need a lawyer to help me get my depost back from precious landlord for the very poorly matained house I rented for 18 months on South River Rd. Any suggestions. He now decided to sell the house and sent me a bill for everything he had to repair to make it even marketable. This house had been neglect for years and years. He is also billing for damage that was done by previous tentants. Charging for removal of a chicken coop my friend picked up in May b4 I moved out. Put a clause in a bill for $5,000.00 threating me with if his outdoor landscape dies. Seriously I will not be bullied around.
