Also, he smells really awful and lost my dream condo--when asked why he promised me I'd definitely get it with his suggested offer, he responded that he can not be responsible as he was preoccupied with other offers, then he told me he was drunk at the moment and would call me later, which he never did. Unfortunately, I believe he was drinking/drunk at most showings. He is being reported to the tx real estate board. Stay away
