    I Nextlink called two weeks ago to set up an installation date and the soonest date they had was two weeks out on Dec. 5th. I asked to be added to their will call list since I desperately needed the service for my two children who are in online high school classes needed the internet and we had already waited on two other internet companies to come out for installation dates but were unable to get a clear signal from our location. I waited on them most of the day, December 5th as they were supposed to arrive between 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. The installer never showed or called. I called the next day to ask what happened. The man who answered said there had been a service call emergency and I had been rescheduled to the 15th. I was furious and asked why they would do that without calling me and after I had already waited two weeks! He said they called me on the 3rd to reschedule and left a voicemail which I never received. Then I said how did you know about an emergency two days in advance. He couldn't explain that but said they were offering me $10 off my installation. I laughed! Really? $10 off for waiting another 10 days after waiting 2 weeks already. I asked for them to move up the date. He said they had nothing available. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He put me on hold and came back saying none were available they were all in a meeting, but created a ticket so a supervisor could call me as soon as they came out of the meeting. Well it's been over an hour and I've had time to write this entire complaint using my cell phone typing with one finger! And, the longer it takes for them to respond the more time I have to leave reviews about my experience on multiple sites. ***Update**** A supervisor called back after two hours and wasn't willing to provide any other solution or compensation. All he could say was that current customers take priority over new customers so if they have a problem you get your installation bumped. If I had any other choice for a provider in my area I would take it but nobody else can provide services to the location of my home!
