I currently use Sport City, but they only have 1 yoga class per week! I've been thinking of quitting and am curious if anyone uses vlietlijn.
I've noticed that they open at 7:00 a few days per week, which would allow me to
work out before work (why do gyms open at 8:30 here? It's insane!)Their class
schedule looks fantastic and I'm wondering if anyone could give me some
feedback. Are the classes good, really crowded, well taught? Are there many
cases where some of the class speaks only English?
Otherwise, a proper yoga or pilates studio or another gym suggestion would be
appreciated!
