  Hi Smiley, I used to have a colleague in Tampa named Sanford (“Sandy”) Dolgin. He was also my ENT doc. In addition, his partners were excellent people to work with. In particular, I was very impressed with his newest partner at the time, Kevin Donnely, who always struck me as having a little bit more “spark” than most docs. I always found both of them very attentive and never dismissive, and I had good feedback from the patients I referred.
