About us
Your language teacher is Mirsada Haskovic. Mirsada is an experienced Dutch teacher who has been teaching for already seven years. While studying Comparative Literature at the Leiden University in The Netherlands, she started working for a friend who had founded a language school specialized in teaching expats. After gaining the right amount of experience, Mirsada started working on her own and started the language school, Key to Dutch, in her hometown Leiden. She is experienced in teaching students at all levels – from the beginners to the advanced – as well in groups or individually.
The great variety of students she has worked with – from business professionals to people with learning difficulties, and originating from all parts of the world – has helped her to develop a good sense of estimating what the personal needs of the students are. Mirsada prefers to work with a method that prepares students for the NT2 exam, since it provides a strong fundament to the student. Next to that she considers it her personal mission to give the student the feeling that they are not only having the routine of doing schoolwork but that they are enjoying themselves by incorporating funny and interesting newspaper articles, games and a good amount of visual material in the courses. And it goes without saying that speaking Dutch from day one is her motto.

I think she is fantastic! (and she can help you prep for the language test which will qualify for your Dutch language requirement if you have to have it).
