  scheduled a teeth cleaning for my daughters and within 24 hours received a letter from my attorney forward from my ex's attorney forwarded from my ex stating that in order for our daughters to go to the dentist for a cleaning they would need to promptly obtain passports and fly the 18-20 hour flight to Dubai to obtain dental insurance through a company in another country.   Dr William Davis in SF always has a first time free, Canyon Dental 801-798-8496. He's gentle and great with kids! I have a current coupon that says good for the whole family and you could likely just mention it. And yes the dental school is a long appointment in my experience too.
