  Anonymous Overall I would not recommend this provider because we have had problems with our system and the way it was installed. This provider put Electra a/c units in our new home. He overlooked the fact that the only way to reach the units to service them (the motors that are outside on the roof) is by scaling the roof shingles to get to the area. Electra as a company does not let their technicians on the shingles (for insurance/ safety reasons) so we have had a problem whenever we needed service. We are also not thrilled with the heating / cooling in some of the rooms because of where the vents were placed.
