About us
At FIT360 Personal Training Studio in Six Fountains Adventure Centre, Silverlakes, affiliated with Discovery Vitality, we focus on providing Personal Training and attention as well as building a community of health, fitness and wellness. We specialise in Transformations, Weight Loss, Weight Training, Bodybuilding, Kettlebell Training, Plyometrics, Own Bodyweight Training and General Fitness.
Our motto is “Turn your life around” - ALL of our members engage in an assisted training program with a Personal Trainer to ensure correct programming, technique, safety and results. Our trainers are experienced and qualified Personal Trainers and our team consists of National Athletes and a WBFF Muscle Pro, amongst other. We pride ourselves in their level of experience and dedication towards the members’ health and well-being.
At FIT360 we also provide our members with a nutritional plan, supplementation and bi-weekly body measurements to monitor their progress and guide them effectively.
