  Ouch. Ok. You need a licenced side sewer contractor. Sounds like they will need to work in the Right of Way. Meaning public property. Take a special licence. ...... Yes, Metro is good. Best if you shop around a little. Prices can swing pretty wide at times. Smaller guys can often be a lot less. Try Richard at CRS Enterprises. 206-510-9925. Im a general contractor and he has done my sewer repairs for over 10 years and hes almost always significantly less money. More helpful if you can upload video on to you tube for him to view.
