How to Order:
You can order via Facebook by Direct Messaging us through this page, Watsapp on 07955378993 or DM us on Instagram.
Postage:
Nationwide:
We use combined postage for some products and add postage for others if postage is not mentioned.
Local:
We offer a Free Pickup Service from HP12 (by appointment) and we can deliver FREE on orders over £10 within High Wycombe (Wednesdays and Sundays excluding Bank Holidays)
How to Make Payment:
You can make payment via Paypal or Bank Transfer.
Paypal- Once you are happy with your order and delivery charges, we will send an Invoice directly to your Paypal account.
Bank Transfer- Details available on request.
Refunds & Exchange:
We do try our very best to make sure our customers are well informed about each product before they purchase.
However if you are not satisfied with your purchase we can offer you an exchange or credit note for the value of your purchase minus full delivery costs.
Due to the unique customisation of the products that we sell, we do not offer a full refund.
For damaged or faulty goods we do offer a full Refund.
