  I use Maid Perfect Housekeeping and have for the past 2 years. They are locally owned and are insured and bonded. Owners are great and will work with your schedule and try to accommodate any last minute service when needed! Their number is 919-798-7480...they came out and did a first time cleaning then the owners did a walk through and gave us an estimate for future service. Haven't looked back since

  Just curious... what might I expect to pay to have someone deep clean our house occaisionally? Maybe 2000 square feet ish. I would prefer someone who uses green-er products (or who would use mine) and who could make my wood floors look decent despite copious amounts of dog drool. Would it make a different price-wise if we hired someone monthly vs. just when we need you? I used to clean houses but its been years so I have no idea what the 'going rate' is.
